The 2-piece “Bolt-Over” billet grille installs by attaching to the OEM grille shell and install time is 30 minutes or less.
The 2-piece “Replacement” requires cutting of the OEM shell and install time is 1 to 2 hours.
The 2-piece Bumper inserts replace the tow hooks and utilize their mounting locations.
All of our grilles are Tig-welded or “Robotically” Mig-welded in a CAD designed, CNC milled fixture.
This insures an exact fit with Aerospace tolerances.
We form & machine our Billet Grilles from 6061-T6 Solid Stock not extruded “E” channel like lesser quality brands.
