The 2-piece “Replacement” requires cutting of the OEM shell and install time is 1 to 2 hours.
All of our grilles are Tig-welded or “Robotically” Mig-welded in a CAD designed, CNC milled fixture.
This insures an exact fit with Aerospace tolerances.
We form & machine our Billet Grilles from 6061-T6 Solid Stock not extruded “E” channel like lesser quality brands. .
